In late 2020 we took an audit of all the AT&T digital in-store experiences. This platform, “Device Alive” was the first step in redesigning and advancing the customer experience and how they see what AT&T has to offer. This platform lives on all phones on display through out the stores, display all the information and pricing on each specific phone as well as all of AT&T other services and properties.
